IN THE FOOTHILLS OF THE RIVIERSONDEREND MOUNTAINS AT THE END OF THE ROAD TO NOWHERELIES ALLENDALE FARMWHAT IS ALLENDALE FARM:It is a SMALL FARM, run by a Husband and Wife team, producing SUSTAINABLE, ETHICAL and WHOLESOME food.
AT THE END OF THE DAY, WE WOULD LIKE TO ACHIEVE THE FOLLOWING: - A pasture based SHEEP DAIRY and ARTISANAL CHEESERY as the primary focus.
- With a secondary Pastured Livestock (Pigs/Ducks/Chickens) component which is integrated with and complements our primary operation. In a way that is symbiotic, holistic and in concert with nature.
- In addition create vertically integrated Artisanal Products, that are both mouth-watering and nutrient dense, by making use of the farm’s own produce. Which we offset as close as possible to the farm.
- This in an effort to make the farm more economically and ecologically resilient and also to help contribute to creating a community enriching Local Food Network. Which all would combine to provide us with a sustainable and satisfying Quality of Life.
