When we have Lamb available we will send out a message informing all that we are taking orders. First Come First Served! We also periodically use this list to notify people if we have extra produce for sale, a changes in product availability or when and where we will be attending a Village Market.

SEASONAL SPECIAL: PULLET EGGS (Each)

When our new hens first come into lay their eggs are very small, but still perfectly edible and delicious. They are the perfect size for making Pickled Eggs and Scotch Egg! This normally only lasts for 2-3 months before their eggs are up to normal retail sizes. Generally Available April to August (Enquire wrt Availability)
